Tant el carrer Josep Maria Miquel i Vergés com el Sant Roc tenen l'asfalt molt malmès i amb sotracs notables que poden provocar caigudes.
A més les voreres són petites, fet que comporta que cotxets i cadires hagin d'anar per la calçada.
